Responsibilities:
Strive to exceed service standards by supporting staff and monitor that service staff are adhering to the standardsProvide training of protocols, policies, and procedures to all staff membersEnsure staff have complete knowledge of menu offerings and are confident offering suggestionsDevelop employees and provide ongoing staff training in the form of daily coaching and employee feedbackEffectively address members concerns and complaints immediately; communicate member concerns with management in a timely manner as part of the member feedback processActively contribute to department teamwork including communication and collaboration with the culinary teamAssist management with daily food & beverage administrative duties as required, not limited to, but including opening, mid-day and closing duties of staff members and supervisory end-of-night closing procedures...
