In accordance with policies, procedures and standards of Quest Plus Conference Center Manila, Under the direct supervision of theRestaurant Manager, This position is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, achieving marketing sales,profitability and quality service goals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

1. Daily Operations Oversight -Supervise the day-to-day operations of dining outlets and banquet functions to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
2. Team Leadership & Training -Lead, coach, and train F&B staff to uphold brand standards, improve service skills, and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
3. Guest Engagement & Issue Resolution -Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and anticipate needs to enhance the dining experience.
