Job Description
- Ensuring smooth operations of the section appointed.
- Helps maximize revenue potential, maintains food and beverage service quality, and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Trains and develops staff to provide excellent guest service.
- Monitor inventory and guest supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Can conduct daily briefings and station allocation.
