Job Description

  • Ensuring smooth operations of the section appointed.
  • Helps maximize revenue potential, maintains food and beverage service quality, and ensures customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Trains and develops staff to provide excellent guest service.
  • Monitor inventory and guest supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Can conduct daily briefings and station allocation.
  • Handles VIP arrivals and delivers preferences.
