Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow
  • Lead, train and motivate service staff to maintain service standards
  • Oversee staff scheduling, attendance and on-shift performance
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company SOPs
  • Assist in inventory control, stock orderin ind cost managemen
  • Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
  • To serve, cashier &/or bartend during operation hours
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation and overall guest experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant F&B experience, supervisory role preferred
