Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Lead, train and motivate service staff to maintain service standards
- Oversee staff scheduling, attendance and on-shift performance
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery professionally
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and company SOPs
- Assist in inventory control, stock orderin ind cost managemen
- Support outlet manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs
- To serve, cashier &/or bartend during operation hours
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation and overall guest experience
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant F&B experience, supervisory role preferred
