Amazon. In’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) team is seeking Superstar Investigation specialist to drive investigation of key processes and defects, along with driving data analysis, and supporting both our Merchant and Customer experience. FBA is a highly visible and strategic program within Amazon. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design that span the entire company. Our teams' objective is to provide the capability for merchants to obtain the benefit of Fulfillment by Amazon, including all the superior performance of receive, store, pick, pack, ship, transportation and customer service.
The position is based in Bangalore.
Key job responsibilities
· Lead investigation and root cause resolution for high impact FBA Merchant and Customer Issues, and key programs
· Analyze huge data sets to arrive at specific problem statements around seller experience/program related issues.
· Create and implement SOPs for execution on weekly basis to solve for critical seller experience problems. Work to submit product ideas to drive SOPs at scale
· Report metrics related to the program and draw insights on key patterns/ problems.
Skills:

Good working knowledge of MS Office

Strong catalog knowledge
Ability to:
Multi task in a fast paced environment

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
