Contract Type, Location & Work ModelContingent Contract Onsite role based in Gondia, India Collect, process, analyze, and securely store Flight Data Recorder (FDR) data for all company aircraft on a routine basis. Analyze every sortie and immediately report violations of rules, SOPs, or major flying errors to the Safety Manager. Identify adverse safety trends or deviations and escalate them appropriately. Identify repeated deviations by cadets/instructors and report to the Safety Manager. Assist the Safety Manager in pilot debriefings when flight data highlights issues requiring further discussion. Generate and distribute daily deviation reports to the Safety Manager, CFI/Dy CFI, and instructors. Prepare consolidated monthly FDR summaries for the Safety Manager.
