Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process: creating job postings, conducting interviews, selecting candidates.
  • Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Handle compensation and benefits by administering employee benefits and compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3–9 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
