Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process: creating job postings, conducting interviews, selecting candidates.
- Develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Handle compensation and benefits by administering employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3–9 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
