solid background in order processing and sales support. The ideal candidate is highly
organized, fluent in English, and capable of managing quotations, invoices, and
client/supplier communications with professionalism and accuracy.
This is a key junior to mid-level role that supports the commercial team and ensures the
smooth flow of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product quotations
- Coordinate with suppliers for product availability, pricing, and lead times
- Prepare and manage sales orders, purchase orders, and proforma invoices
- Track and update order status and delivery timelines
- Ensure accuracy of product information, pricing, and client requirements
