We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced *Female Support Worker to join our friendly Northern Case Management client support teams, who are passionate about providing a non-discriminatory service to people with acquired neurological damage brain and spinal cord injury for both children and adults of all ages in a domiciliary setting.
