Role Overview:
Planetary is seeking an experienced Bioprocess Production Engineer to support the development and scaling of our mycoprotein production facility in Aarberg. The role involves upscaling and operating fermentation processes at our 50k L production site, working on both batch and continuous production for internal products and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and operate mycelium biomass (mycoprotein) fermentation processes at scales from 300L to 50m³.
• Participate in routine production of mycoprotein at an industrial scale.
• Support the implementation of a continuous production process for mycoprotein at a 50m³ scale.
