FERROUS OPERATIONS ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years preferably in ferrous processing, metal recycling, or manufacturing operations.
• Languages: Proficient in Malay, English, and Chinese (spoken and written), IT knowledge essential.
• Additional skills: Good command of Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking.

Job Responsibilities

1. Scrap Handling & Operations
   • Operate and supervise the use of heavy machinery (e.g. 3 & 5 ton forklifts, excavators with magnet/shearer, overhead crane) for loading, unloading, and processing ferrous scrap materials.
   • Oversee the receipt, sorting, segregation, and delivery of ferrous scrap to ensure quality and value recovery.
   • Conduct inspections to ensure processed scrap meets customer and quality standards.
