Your Role:Driving excellence through technical expertise and innovation
The Scheduler will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the schedules of solar energy construction projects to ensure timely completion. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and timelines.
What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for solar energy construction projects.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule creation.
Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly to reflect changes and delays.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Ensure that all project milestones and deadlines are met.
Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties.
Prepare regular reports on project status and schedule adherence.
Utilize scheduling software and tools to manage and track project timelines.
Assist in resource allocation and management to optimize project efficiency.
Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Maintain documentation and records related to project schedules
Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are: A Profile of Succes
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a scheduler in construction, preferably in solar energy projects.
Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
Experience in renewable energy or solar energy construction projects.
Certification in project management or scheduling (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP)
Strong understanding of construction processes, timelines, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
This position may require occasional travel to project sites.
Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, with some field visits as necessary
