What you’ll do:
Support procurement and supplier management by contributing to marketing program development, facilitating forecasts and variance reports, and providing contract and account coverage support for the Fertilizer Merchant II. Collaborate with the Fertilizer Merchant II and Senior Manager to monitor contract execution, manage CRS exposure, and ensure adequate supply while optimizing manufacturer incentive programs.Support CRS‑aligned strategy execution by conducting collaborative market research, leading monthly fertilizer market updates, and analyzing competitive, logistical, and pricing trends to provide informed recommendations to Local Co‑ops.Provide coaching to Fertilizer Specialists and Customer Service Associates on fertilizer contracts while representing the team’s vision and goals and continuously build industry and organizational expertise through collaboration with leaders and participation in Co-op visits and i...
