At Art X Company & Festivals From India, we are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our team to support our recruitment and community growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys engaging with people, leveraging technology, and managing operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving recruitment projects, community engagement, and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Economics, Commerce, History, Literature or a related field.

  • Relevant Certifications (preferred, but not required): Courses or certifications in recruitment, HR, project management

  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills


Essential Experience:

  • 1-3 years in community management, project management, or related fields.

  • Proficiency with digital tools, project management softwares, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge or experience of working with Zoho Recruit is a plus.

  • Prior experience in working for a structured company or organisation.

  • Knowledge of / experience in arts and cultural festivals and creative industries, with a passion for promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management

  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously

  • An effective team worker showing initiative and taking ownership of the role

  • A flexible and adaptable approach; ability to work well under pressure and handle changing priorities.
