Job Description
Summary Serve as the Installation Supervisory Counseling, Advocacy, & Prevention (CAP) Generalist within Commander, Navy Installations Command, Fleet and Family Support Department (N9), Family Readiness Division (N91), Fleet and Family Support Program (FFSP) within assigned region. The primary purpose of this position is to supervise and oversee all aspects of the CAP programs, the Family Advocacy Program, and the New Parent Support Home Visitation Program; and directly supervise professional CAP staff. Responsibilities Coordinate with primary stakeholders, and through subordinate employees, manage all activities related to CAP and services, ensuring government oversight of contract deliverables within the CAP program. Plan, assign, and provide expert-level supervision to professional CAP staff within the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC).
