Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Provides proactive training to all IT users to improve digital competencies
Supports the ongoing adoption of digital technologies
Ensures highest business productivity through optimal IT systems availability
Provides user-centric incident and problem management to ensure best digital user experience
Safeguards IT security and compliance according to FHCS or Freudenberg standards
Additional Responsibilities
Performs on-site visits to assigned remote locations
Manages device lifecycle of all IT equipment
Coordinates external IT service providers
Executes local and global IT projects

Directly Reports to: Regional Director Digital Advisory or Team Lead

Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
Degree in Information Systems or equivalent education
At least 3 years of IT support and training experience
Basic project management skills
Specific Knowledge
Fluent English
Good knowledge of Microsoft technology
Good knowledge IT service management processes
Basic presentation and communication skills
