We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fiber Optic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end installation of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services at customer premises. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Termination: Install, route, and terminate fiber optic cables from the network distribution point to the customer's home (drop cable).
- Equipment Configuration: Install and configure Optical Network Terminals (ONT) and Wi-Fi routers, ensuring proper functionality and secure network setup.
- Service Activation: Set up internet services for customers, including configuring router settings such as SSID, password, DHCP, and other relevant parameters.
