OTIS, a leading global multinational company in the manufacture, installation and technical support of lifts, goods lifts, escalators and moving walkways, with an established presence throughout the country, is looking for a:
ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE IN MALTA
The successful candidate will be based at the Malta branch and will provide office support in activities ranging from data entry to the management and entry of orders via the IT management system, management of the administrative-accounting archive and credit recovery activities.
The ideal candidate will be a high school graduate or recent graduate with previous experience in administration and a good working knowledge of the main IT tools.
The ideal candidate will be precise, organised and punctual, as well as able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
The place of work is Malta. Permanent contract.
