This position is responsible for being the face of Trans Global Service, demonstrating enthusiasm while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction!
Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with in-home appliance repairs
Provide customers with courteous and professional in-home servicing of major appliances ensuring adherence to u201cThe Perfect Callu201d
Develop skills in conducting
appliance diagnostics and complete repairs
Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintained
Manage local parts inventory including assistance with truck stock
Provide information to assist customers in obtaining optimum performance of their products
Complete all service documentation, describing repairs in detail and reporting identification of repaired stock
