• Provide customers with courteous and professional in-home servicing of major appliances, ensuring adherence to “The Perfect Call”.
• Conduct appliance diagnostics and complete repairs.
• Estimate the costs of repairs/replacements.
• Order parts and ensure inventory supply levels are sufficiently maintained.
• Communicate with customers regarding details of the assessment and servicing required.
• Provide information to assist customers in obtaining optimum performance of their products.
