Job Description

Purpose of this Position

  • Maintain good relationship with customer by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA &PA).
  • Provide technical consulting and problem solving.
  • Support PoC, FAT and product testing
  • Provide technical training and on-site seminars to customers
  • Support additional task required by supervisor to achieve strategic objectives

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Work closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to provide technical support & solutions for KA & PA –

– To answer request for proposal

– To resolve customer's applications via technical expertise.

– To obtain customer satisfaction.

  • Project support in Pre-sales stage

– Tender Document study and analysis.

– To propose suitable solutions, execute POC (Proof of Concept) and FAT...
