The Role

This is a customer-facing technical role sitting at the intersection of engineering, sales, and product. You will act as a trusted technical partner to global customers, with a particular focus on Chinese-speaking accounts.

Pre-sales responsibilities

• Provide deep technical support for optical networking products used in automotive and industrial systems
• Support customers through design-in, from architecture discussions to system-level integration
• Understand and challenge customer schematics and design approaches
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and training sessions, both remotely and on-site
