Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise to address customer needs and establish effective communication channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders, including opinion leaders and decision-makers
  • Collaborate on technical roadmapping initiatives, and support daily business activities across various engineering stages, including capability assessments and risk evaluations
  • Contribute to the development and execution of customer strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Analyze and evaluate market trends in the substrate industry to inform strategic decision-making

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering major)
  • Must have experience in HDI PCB/Substrate industry
  • 4~14 years of work experience as FAE, R&D, Sales Engineer, Project Engineer, or Product Engineer
