Field Application Engineer

The Field Application Engineer will be responsible for on-site deployment, support, and optimization of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).
Key Responsibilities:
Commissioning & Deployment
Installation and commissioning of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) systems at customer sites
Support initial setup, testing, and validation of AMR operations
Breakdown & Service Support
Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
Operations Monitoring & Training
Monitor AMR performance to ensure maximum utilization and uptime
Train operators and supervisors on safe and effective AMR usage
Support adherence to SOPs and operational best practices
Skill Requirements
Basic understanding of:
Mechatronics systems
Electrical, mechanical, and control fundamentals
Sensors, motors, and automation concepts
Python, C++ , Ubuntu OS -terminal Commands
