Job Description

:

Join our Single Use Division as a Field Application Scientist to integrate brand new technology into field operations, providing top-tier technical support and excellent customer service to help clients reach their goals by optimizing Single-Use Systems technologies.

  • Acting as primary field technical interface between the Commercial Sales team and clients, with a specific emphasis on Single-Use products such as BioProcess Containers (BPCs), Single-Use Bioreactors, Fermenters, and Mixing systems.

  • Provide effectivesolutions in design, development, optimization, consultation, technical support, and troubleshooting of Single-Use systems.

  • Present top-quality technical demonstrations to enhance Commercial Sales initiatives.

  • Lead discussions on technical product specifications and applications with clients and prospects.

  • Support with customer surveys, inquiries, User Requirements Specifications (URS), and product briefs.

  • Conduct process mapping activities and recommend process improvements using Thermo Fisher Scientific's technologies.
