Our client, a global telecommunications company, is currently hiring for a Field Applications Engineer to provide professional technical and project management support for service provider and distribution partners in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Technical support of all SP accounts and SP distribution partners (2nd / 3rd Line) Customer onsite support for technical issue replicating, debugging and real life testing Provide support to the WEU Sales Team in the form of pre-sales, and attend customer sites where and when appropriate Develop and deliver technical training to customers, partners and other members of the team.
