Job Description
- Conduct scheduled and surprise audits at restaurant branches and commissaries.
- Evaluate compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, cleanliness, and local health regulations.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and proper storage practices.
- Assess cash handling processes, sales reports, and POS reconciliation.
- Review employee performance, customer service, and adherence to uniform policies.
- Create, update, and customize audit forms and checklists to match operational requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, ratings, and actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with branch managers, kitchen supervisors, and head office for corrective actions.
- Follow up on previously identified issues to ensure they are resolved.
- Identify risks, fraud indicators, or process gaps and escalate as needed.
