Join the RAC's Technical Training Solutions team as a Roadside Technical Trainer, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the technical capability of our Roadside Technicians and Mobile Mechanics nationwide.
This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role designed for an experienced automotive expert who is passionate about developing talent, raising performance standards, and supporting the evolving needs of a fast‑moving roadside operation.
You will design and deliver first‑class technical, performance, compliance and induction training — both regionally and nationally — while managing training delivery in classroom, workshop, and field environments.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver high‑quality technical and performance training across Roadside, SMR and associated service-delivery teams.
Facilitate training in classroom settings, at national/regional venues, in-van sessions and on-the-job field coaching.
