Responsibilities

  • To prepare reports (Analysis report / Pest Inspection report) for food safety standard premises.
  • Involve in training for new recruits (technician & marketing).
  • To provide pest awareness training to valued customer.
  • To assist operation team in special job & big project.
  • To carry out QAR (quality assurance review) and PR on food safety standard premises.
  • To attend and investigate clients’ complaint and troubleshooting.
  • To ensure the supply of chemical and equipment is sufficient at all times.
  • To carry out spot check on technician team’ service quality.

Location: HQ, Petaling Jaya

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor Degree Major in Entomology & Parasitology
  • Specialized knowledge (Ex : Knowledge in pest)
  • Abilities (Ex : multitasking & time management)
  • Professional Certification (if have)
