The Field & Collections Officer will manage accounts with overdue balances through a combination of field activities and office / desktop investigations. This includes meeting customers in person, negotiating payment settlements, locating hard-to-find debtors, serving legal documents such as Notices of Demand (NOD), and making outbound calls.
