Were on the lookout for a confident, capable Field Coordinator to step into a key leadership role within our environmental services team. This isnt a desk-bound position and its definitely not a spectator role. This is for someone who leads from the front, thinks clearly, acts decisively, and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.

In this role, youll coordinate field crews, plan and schedule works, manage equipment, and liaise with clients, while also spending meaningful time in the field. Youll be setting the pace, maintaining quality and safety standards, and keeping projects moving with purpose and momentum.

Your week will be a healthy mix of field and office work. One day you might be on-site supporting your crew and responding to changing conditions; the next youll be organising schedules, reviewing progress, and pushing projects forward. Variety is...
