Position: Field Coordinator
If you have an interest in politics, grassroots engagement, and on-ground fieldwork during the upcoming Assembly elections in Goa, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end field operations in the assigned area
Organise and manage government service and scheme facilitation camps at booth level
Coordinate with local stakeholders, volunteers, internal teams, and the general public
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Goa’s political landscape and government schemes (mandatory)
Konkani language knowledge is mandatory (spoken and understanding)
Marathi and/or Hindi is an added advantage
Working knowledge of English
Willingness to travel extensively within the state
Salary: As per market standards, with rent-free accommodation and field expenses covered.
