Position: Field Coordinator

If you have an interest in politics, grassroots engagement, and on-ground fieldwork during the upcoming Assembly elections in Goa, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end field operations in the assigned area
• Organise and manage government service and scheme facilitation camps at booth level
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, volunteers, internal teams, and the general public

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Goa’s political landscape and government schemes (mandatory)
• Konkani language knowledge is mandatory (spoken and understanding)
• Marathi and/or Hindi is an added advantage
• Working knowledge of English
