WORKPLACE: Lisbon (On-Site)


ROLE:

  • Plan and coordinate the activities of Field teams and partners;
  • Ensure the execution of on-site tasks within deadlines and with quality;
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and other areas, such as Logistics and Staging, to align operations;
  • Resolve technical and operational problems in the field;
  • Monitor and train technical teams in specific retail solutions;
  • Support and coordinate, whenever necessary, the operations of Staging and Logistics teams;
  • Control and manage transportation for both deliveries and collections.

PROFILE:

  • Academic qualifications at the level of 12th grade;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in IT or retail;
  • Technical knowledge in POS and Self-Checkout systems;
  • Good knowledge of Asset Management and IT Service Management;
