Job Description
Position Summary:
To provide assistance to the Superintendent in all field operations for a specific project. Conducts and oversees the physical layout of work and coordinates with the Superintendent to ensure compliance with contract specifications by the Company and subcontractors.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Management Skills:
Engage in site layout, cost estimating, construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control and job site safety. Assist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of project-specific quality control measures. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of four-week look ahead schedules. Assist with the documentation of all actions dealing with actual or possible claims/legal action.
