Role Description

This full‑time Field Service Engineer role is based in central London. You will be assigned a specific area to manage, as we believe that getting to know your clients is the most important factor in delivering great service. Your area will predominantly consist of countertop and floor‑standing coffee machines, so experience in this category is required. Working with the wider Service Desk and Technical team, you will be visiting sites to conduct PPM and breakdown calls courtesy visits. As we continue to grow, you will also assist in the installation of machines at new sites.
