We’re seeking motivated individuals with telecom, utility, or field engineering experience to join our client’s team as Make-Ready Engineers. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field site surveys, pole audits, and route engineering to support telecom make-ready work.
  • Perform pole loading analysis and identify necessary adjustments to meet NESC and utility standards.
  • Locate underground facilities and perform 811 field markings to ensure safe construction practices.
  • Gather, verify, and document field data for construction as-builts and quality control checks.
  • Review DOT plan sheets, strand maps, and permitting requirements to ensure compliance.
