We’re looking for a proactive and technically minded Field Engineer/Field Service Technician to join our Perth team. This hands‑on role involves working alongside drivers in a ride‑along capacity to perform preventative maintenance and basic diagnostics on digital display units. If you thrive in autonomous environments and have a knack for troubleshooting, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain digital display units to operational standards
• Follow step‑by‑step instructions for setup, resets, and error resolution
• Safely open devices and ensure all cords/components are neatly positioned
• Conduct basic functionality tests after maintenance or issue resolution
