An exciting opportunity to join the Field Services team as a Field Engineer working on the nbn network in Cairns. The Field Services (FS) Team within Chief Operations Business Unit provides Field Workforce capabilities across all technologies for Service Activation, Service Assurance, Network Assurance, Network Maintenance, Customer Complaints linked with Network faults and Quality Inspection.

• Represent nbns Field Services team for all field-based assurance and build activities.
• Support integration, augmentation, field audits, and Delivery Partner quality activities across nbn and the services connected to the network.
• Provide high‑level field support which may involve travel, after-hours activities, and potentially being on an on-call roster.
