An exciting opportunity has presented itself to join the Field Services team as a Field Engineer working on the nbn network in Cairns.

The Field Services (FS) Team within Chief Operations Business Unit, provides Field Workforce capabilities across all technologies for, Service Activation, Service Assurance, Network Assurance, Network Maintenance, Customer Complaints linked with Network faults and Quality Inspection.

A bit about your role

Your new role as a Field Engineer would require you to represent nbn’s Field Services team for all field-based assurance and build activities. You will be responsible for the support, integration, augmentation, field audits, connect quality and Delivery Partner quality activities across nbn and the services connected to the network.
