Job Description

  • Install, configure, and test new ATM machines at client sites
  • Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure ATM uptime and performance
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Respond to service calls promptly and efficiently
  • Replace faulty components, such as card readers, dispensers, and printers
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all maintenance work performed
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams for service updates and support
  • Monitor ATM networks and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide customer support and resolve complaints related to ATM services
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures

Vocational or associate degree in electronics, information technology, or related field

Previous experience as an ATM technician or in a field service engineer role is a plus
