Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients' sites and achieve the service specification requirements.
  • Perform on-site installation, parts' overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications and repair works on equipment.
  • Serves as company point of contact with customer on administrative and technical matters.
  • Responds to customers complaints, provides time to solutions to resolve customers issues and provide the documentation/reports.
  • Monitors the performance of the product, provide regular update report and feedback on customers service requests.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering with 2 years of experience in servicing/maintaining Semiconductor equipments.
  • Experience in a cleanroom environment.
  • Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.
  • Travel to customer sites, performing OT / Standby duty as the nature...
