**Description:**
You will be the Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Augmentation Team Lead for the THAAD CLS Augmentation Team. Our team enables rapid OCONUS surge support for international partners operating the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system, delivering maintenance, sustainment, and training across all tactical sites.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the CLS Augmentation Team Lead you will direct a small, high performing subcontractor crew (up to four members) while stationed at the THAAD Training Academy, Fort Bliss, TX. You’ll oversee day to day maintenance, drive curriculum and faculty development, and stand ready to deploy anywhere in the world for up to 30 day rotations, ensuring the THAAD weapon system stays mission ready.
