Summary
:Key Roles & Responsibility:
• Focus on resolving customer’s issues to their complete satisfaction
• Resolve the problems both remotely and in the field to the customers delight
• Solves the customer’s problem the first time.
• Focuses in on break fix problems with the support of the COE team
• Delivers solution to the customer and CSH on time and at the lowest cost possible
• Adds knowledge articles to the Service knowledge management system
• Establish good communications and relationship with customers.
• Present a professional image and promote customer confidence.
• Individual will contact customers, set up appointments, and communicate effectively
during onsite visits.
• Responsible for parts ordering and management
• Timely and effective repair of customer equipment
• Follow escalation processes and communicate to the appropriate level regarding
problem equipment or customer satisfaction issue...
