JOB DESCRIPTION

Field Executive

Reporting to Deputy Manager ( Production)

Location : Sangamner

The role of the incumbent would be to work closely with the network farmers and manage day to day

operations with respect to aligned procurement plan. This position will also be responsible for monitoring of

disease prevention plans / quality improvement / yield improvement plans.

JD -

Day to day management of ground operations at network farmers.

Monitoring of plantation schedule for all network farmers and collaborating with operations team on

regular updates.

Responsible for implementation of quality / yield improvement programs.

Work in close co-ordination with planning team on specific issues that could impact harvesting plan /

sales.

Responsible for driving improvement projects with respect to procurement practices, network farmer

expansion in line with business goals.

Responsible for handling day to day grievances of network farmers and timely resolution.

Qualification Required:

Graduate / Post graduate in Agriculture Science.

Experience of 1-5 years in Contract Farming operations ( ground operations).

Knowledge of organic / regenerative / pesticide free farming will be an added advantage.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language

Proficiency in computer skills MS Office
