Job Description
Responsibilities:
● Train bus conductors on using ticketing machines and apps.
● Assist with ticket roll replacement and troubleshooting.
● Paste QR code stickers inside buses accurately.
● Hand over inventory (delivered to your location) to bus owners and conductors.
● Address on-field issues and ensure smooth system adoption
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in customer support or onboarding is a plus.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma (Not mandatory)
