JOB DETAILS

Min. 3 years’ experience in delivery, supply chain, the Last-mile operation sector or in Transport Industry
Good understanding of customer service management

Good Communication & problem-solving skills

TR (Transport Commercial) Permit Licence Must

Knowledge of general delivery applications. E.g. Ola, Zomato, Grofers, Etc

Min 12th pass or any other equivalent Diploma.

Good Knowledge of Region and local area.

Preferably from Auto mobile service industries or similar organization. E.g. DriveU, Drivezy, Zoomcar, BookMygarage.com, Etc.

Responsibilites :

Daily Completion of already aligns pick up and drop of customers

Completing the inspection and survey within the TAT

Following daily route planning to complete customer inquiry as per the aligned by team and as per the priority

Handling overall assigned Complaints and inquiries of the customer with responsiveness

Prompt updating of information to all the shareholders and in the system

Updating all the each case-related information into respective team & the system

Ensuring order fulfilment and related customer service KPIs including MIS reports

Proactively be involved with continuous inventory management

Adhering to company policy regarding ground discipline and representation

Ownership of Vendor or company owned assets

Taking Ownership & responsibility of Customer asset while pick up and drop
