Job Description:

1. Performance management of promoters: formulation, promotion, and implementation of sales targets, regional decomposition standards, and sales forecasting, as well as promoting sales growth in daily work.

2. Responsible for planning of product display for promoters, including product planning and promotion methods.

3. Through the annual planning and process management of promoter projects, evaluation is conducted based on factors such as attendance rate and achievement of performance targets.

4. Cross-departmental information communication with sales, marketing and other teams is necessary to ensure sales targets are met.


Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above.

2. Some experience in the mobile phone and FMCG industries.

3. Strong communication, planning, coordination, execution abilities, and a high degree of teamwork spirit; strong sense of responsibility and ability to handle pressure; good team management skills.

4. Previous experience as an FF manager in a brand company is preferred
