Job Description
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any Business course, Human Resource Management, or any related course or its equivalent At least three (3) years of related working experience With excellent communication skills Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensures all company policies are well observed and implemented at the site office Ensures availability of supplies, equipment, and other resources needed to Support the Project operation Provides required documentation, facilitation, and logistics support to the entire team Ensures smooth delivery of HRAD services such as keeping employees' attendance records, leave availments and credits, site manpower sourcing and selection activities, employee onboarding, etc. Safe keeps Site Petty Cash Fund and Monitors site budget Performs other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor from time to time
