Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business course, Human Resource Management, or any related course or its equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of related working experience
  • With excellent communication skills
  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures all company policies are well observed and implemented at the site office
  • Ensures availability of supplies, equipment, and other resources needed to Support the Project operation
  • Provides required documentation, facilitation, and logistics support to the entire team
  • Ensures smooth delivery of HRAD services such as keeping employees' attendance records, leave availments and credits, site manpower sourcing and selection activities, employee onboarding, etc.
  • Safe keeps Site Petty Cash Fund and Monitors site budget
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor from time to time
