Field Instructor

You will be responsible for providing initial training and development of our New Franchise Distributors on business strategies, sales training, customer relations, computer skills, warranty item returns along with the processing of individual tool repairs. Your responsibilities may also include surveying open and existing list of calls (LOC’s) as needed by corporate business demands for our Distributors. Other responsibilities may require and include setting up point of sale equipment and merchandising the Distributors mobile store using affinity grouping methods as outlined through policy.
This position may also require aiding the New Franchise Distributor in positioning product and Matco toolboxes in their mobile retail store environment as needed. This position requires someone to be based out of the Western Half of the United States, time zones including Central, Mountain and Pacific.
